'We Are ALL Arizonans' Cesar Chavez Day of Service

On February 14th, during the celebration of the 101st Anniversary of Statehood, Governor Brewer was asked by a reporter how she felt about our protest in support of driver's license for DACA applicants, and she replied "We are all Arizonans," but walked away when asked why all Arizonans can't get a drivers license.

She doesn’t even know how to explain her terrible decision!

And, that’s why we’re taking her words … and showing her just how true they are!

Students, families & workers from all over the Valley are coming together to show that, ‘We are All Arizonans and We all contribute.’ We’ll honor the contributions of all immigrants – and show how much we want to give back to our community -- with a Neighborhood Clean Up Day, on Cesar Chavez Day.

And, we invited Governor Brewer to come help us!

For the first time in years, we are very close to getting immigration reform, but we have to fight for it. On this Day of Service, we’ll call for more than licenses; we’ll also be calling for immigration reform for the 11 million undocumented NOW!

Because, no matter where you've come from, or how long you've lived here, if you live in and love Arizona, then YOU ARE AN ARIZONAN ... and you are an American!

Come and celebrate the contribution of the our immigrant communities. Do some good by transforming a blighted neighborhood. Join us on April 1st!

Volunteers will be provided with the necessary tools, as well as breakfast & lunch!
