I am concerned with what is going on in our Hispanic communities here in Arizona and I would like to get involved. We have politicians such as Jan Brewer and Joe Arpaio who use immigration for political gain at the expense of others. Mrs. Brewer understands an anti-immigration agenda in Arizona is popular with Caucasian voters ages 60 plus, and frankly, Arizona voters would not have elected Brewer otherwise. Mrs. Brewer does not have the capacity to overcome the many challenges facing the State of Arizona today.

I arrived in the U.S. in the mid 1980’s, and have been through the dismal immigration system we have here in the U.S. There is no such thing as a “Path to citizenship”, as much as Brewer, Arpaio, and Romney want to believe there is. Although I eventually became a citizen in September 2008, it was a battle fought over a period of 20 years.

As for my education, I graduated from MaryVale High School in 1998. Realizing my potential, and understanding the importance of making the best of the opportunities this great country offered, I made the decision to pursue a college education. In 2005, I received my first diploma in Business Specialization from the International Institute of the Americas. I pressed on until I achieved an Associate of Arts degree in Business Operations from the same institution. After a short break, I enrolled at Ottawa University where I obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration in December 2010. Shortly thereafter, I enrolled in the MBA program at Grand Canyon University, although I later transferred to the University of Phoenix to pursue a concentration in Energy. While working on my Master’s degree, I obtained Yellow and Green Belt certifications in Six Sigma in November 2011. In early October 2012, I obtained a Master’s certificate in Business Improvement from Auburn University in a fast track program paid for by my employer, Arizona Public Service. Today, I am less than one year away from achieving a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix. In addition to the straight MBA, I added a concentration in Energy to my program, which means I will take five additional courses devoted to the energy industry following the completion of MBA.
I am living proof of what our young Hispanic community is capable of achieving. Unfortunately, we frequently vote people into office who fail or choose to ignore this reality. The same people who label productive members of this community as criminals, when all we ask for is opportunity.

LEAVING THEM BANKRUPT, PENNYLESS, HOMELESS, HOPELESS... AND A BURDEN TO SOCIETY,ND THE ECONOMY.
I SEE EVERYTHING A WHOLE LOT DIFFERENT THAN I EVER DID WATCHING NEIGHBORS BEING FORCED FROM THEIR HOMES AND HAVING TO SELL ALL THEY COULD TO SALVAGE A FRACTION OF THEIR DIGNITY..LOSING THEIR LIVES AND LIFE SAVINGS AND I BELIEVE WE THE PEOPLE NEED TO ACT,
IN A GROUP SUCH AS THIS TO BE HEARD AND TAKEN SERIOUSLY, AND WRITE OUR SENATORS AND CONGRESS
AND PUT A STOP IN ARIZONAS FORCLOSURE SALES THAT HAVE NOT BEEN RIGHTFULLY REVIEWED FOR FRAUD, AS ALL OF THEM SHOULD BE REVIEWED BY A REVIEW BOARD ..WHO WOULD DETERMINE BY SET STATUATES HOW MUCH INTEREST THE HOME OWNER VS THE BANKS HAVE PRIOR TO FORECLOSURES AND SALES, AND BE DIVIDED AS SO. I DO NOT BELIEVE THE BANKS SHOULD BE ENTITLED TO ALL THE PROFITS FROM THE SALE OF A PROPERTY IF THERE IS ANY EQUITABLE AMOUNT OF INTEREST BY THE HOMEOWNER. WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR SO CALLED "set" HOMESTEAD LAW????????? UNDER THAT I WOULD BE PROTECTED 100%

BREACH THEIR CONTRACT WITH NO REPERCUSSIONS, AND YET STILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO GO AFTER THE CONSUMER/HOMEOWNER?? MY LENDER WAS/IS A PREDITORY LENDER WHO BREACH MANY,MANY PARTS OF THE AGREEMENT
